i'm liking this one right now, but i'm sure i'll get distracted by some other beauties, i'm easily distracted by shiny things

@MrsBrewer: if i had slim fingers, that would be my answer too! it's classic, you don't need to worry about it looking dated in years to come. i have marshmallow fingers, so i need something with a little more to the band to distract from them

@MrsBrewer: That's exactly what I have - round diamond set in a 6 prong.
I would pick it again but get a bigger diamond!

@mrs. bird: ughhh that's goooorgeous.
I just got my rings re-set last year so I should not complain...!!! But if I HAD to pick a new ring right now and could have anything I wanted, I'd do the same ring but yellow gold bands with platinum prongs, and bigger diamonds

The same exact one I'm wearing! I love love love my ring.

Maybe it is a cop-out but my exact same set! I love my rings (DH picked them out all on his own!) and I get compliments on them all the time!

I wouldn't change my rings at all. Still totally in love with them.

Top pic is of my beautiful ring that I love love love still to this day. The bottom was the runner up.

I wouldn't pick any other ring over the one I already have. I love it so much!

My taste has changed a lot since I got my ring. If I ever got a new one, I'd want something kind of romantic and organic looking, like a green amethyst in rose gold. My original ring is a cushion cut diamond in a Victorian gothic setting.

Easy answer here, this has been my dream ring for as long as I can remember.
Big ass round solitaire on a thin band. Drool. Gold, white gold, rose gold..I'll take them all!

I really like the ring I have right now. I want to get it, my anniversary band, and my wedding band set together so it's one huge ring.

I would keep my ring, just up the diamond to a 2-3 ct. I would also add another band to the other side to represent my LOs. But I still love the style I choose. Split shank with diamonds down both sides and a round diamond. Classic and sparkly.

I love my ring, but I wish it was set in platinum instead of palladium and I wish there was no gap in the tiny diamonds on the back of the band.

I love my rings but if i could pick something for my right hand, it would be this:

I honestly really love my e-ring and wedding band. I have a plain white gold band with a round solitaire and a half-eternity band. If I had to pick something that was different, Id go more vintage inspired and probably rose gold.

Something super skinny and not raised. Probably something vintage. No channel set.
I love my ring for sentimental reasons, but practically speaking, it makes me crazy. I don't usually wear it, and we're on the lookout for something else for me to wear on a daily basis. So if anyone's bored, I'm open to suggestions

@Boheme: by far, you have my absolute favorite taste in rings. That ring is STUNNING.

I absolutely love my ring, but I would just change it to be rose gold (or maybe just my wedding band rose gold) and my center diamond to 2 (maybe 3? ) carats instead of .85.

I have a rose gold halo, and I'd keep the rose gold, but probably switch to a round 6-prong solitaire. A big, fat, juicy one at that!

My original ring is rose gold filegree and I love it, but if I were picking something new today is get a stacking set. Engagement ring, wedding ring, and a band to represent motherhood.
Something like this but in rose gold.

Love my set but would upgrade center stone to 4-5, make my diamond band bigger and eternity instead of Demi and replace the center band with this monster:

I love my ring SO much (3 emerald cut diamonds), but I will be forever sad that I chickened out of getting sapphire side stones. Something like this is what I would choose
pineapple / 12526 posts
@Arden: That is beautiful and I LOVE the idea of a second band for motherhood.
pomelo / 5129 posts
I wouldn't. I love that DH picked out my ring on his own and that I love it. I wanted a vintage looking halo, but he wanted something slightly more modern so he got a square halo. I like that it's just a little different than most.
It's similar to this

I would want an e-ring that fit with my wedding band-- I have 2 skinny rose gold bands, one eternity and one plain. So I'd want my diamond re-set in a simple rose gold setting with a skinny band. As it is, I wear my ring (tension setting in white gold) on my right hand, though I haven't worn it much since the last couple months of pregnancy, it got a little tight!

I love my current ring, but I would love a colored stone for my right hand. Something like this purple sapphire with a halo setting *drool*
