@cmomma17: Like a Keurig, but makes lattes, ice coffee, 1 cup, a pot, and specialty drinks!!

@Torchwood: I got my kitchenaid mixer as a birthday gift a few years ago and cried happy tears. Still one of the best gifts ever!!
My DH loves presents and always wants a million things. Usually expensive toys. This year he really wants dicks sporting goods giftcards to buy new workout clothes and shoes. And an Apple Watch.

I'm getting Dh a mulchijg kit for his ride on lawn mower, a north face coat he has his eye on, a Chicago Blackhawks book and an NHL game. I think that's it!

He's getting a USMC 24 oz Tervis and a pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs. I'm hoping he asks what I want and gets me a necklace with DD's initial and birthstone. It is the first non-practical thing I've wanted in my adult life.

DH and I are usually so burned out buying everyone else gifts we use Christmas for stuff we need around the house like last year a back up fridge for the garage, this year our minivan or possibly a sectional sofa. It's the same for our anniversary usually, coupled with a night away and a fancy dinner. But we are super boring people.

My husband asked for a hat, shirts, pants, socks and shoes. So he's either getting an appointment with a personal shopper or some gift cards to a place with helpful staff. I don't have any interest in making a wardrobe for him. He's super picky about fit and would return anything I bought.
I asked for new sleeping bags.

Last year I got him a Hamilton Beach Coffeemaker (like a Keurig, but makes both pot and singles, so more flexibility)
This year he is getting a Kindle Fire (my old one just died), a Fire Stick for the TV, a couple t-shirts, a lot of alcohol, a video game he wants, and a few other random small things.
I'd like a better storage cabinet for DVD's or a new coffee table. I'd also love a taxidermy goat head and some t-shirts from my college for me and the boys.

@lemondrop: I love that you want a goat head. So awesome. I've looked at estate sales for antlers or a deer head but never pulled the trigger. Those things are pricey!

I have no idea either way. It's a problem. We're usually super practical. Last time is the first time in forever that we weren't practical. I got him journaling supplies, and he got me a thin stacking ring. I was shocked, and he was super surprised. Hard to top!

@cmomma17: I have one now, and it's the most used item pretty much in my house. (Which doesn't say anything good about how often I vacuum, oops.) I just really do need a bigger/stronger motor and larger mixing bowl. It also gets really hot when DH uses the meat grinder attachment. He talked to his dad, who owns some restaurants, about getting me an actual industrial grade one, but that's like $1,500. I think we'll stick with just the one step up for now! ETA- Plus the pink is so pretty with my cupcake themed kitchen!

I got DH tickets to his favourite team from me and a special bottle of whiskey from DS.
I really want my first sewing machine.

This is what DH is getting. We do a small gift and stockings for each other. He is gonna flip.

I don't know what I want, but I got DH a 3 month subscription to a craft beer of the month club.

DH says he has an idea for me, but I'm clueless for him. He wants a leather valet / catch all tray, but that's like $15.
Our main gift is the baby that's due in less than three weeks, and newborn photos, which are pretty pricey. Then our birthdays are both end of January so it's all the gift stuff at once!

I got DH a soundbar at costco for a really good deal. I also got him a new wallet. Not sure what he is getting me - I sent him a bunch of ideas like a watch and some clothes.

@BabyBoecksMom: S loved that one for his birthday!
I've also done wireless headphones (Blue Ant is fantastic!) for the gym and wireless headphones for his Xbox.
@birdofafeather: lol, just being honest, I know I'm definitely not the average wife! One of my BFF's owns an oddities shop, so he knows what I like and would sell it to him at cost I figure it would be way more expensive to hunt and stuff one (which I'm not into anyway), but I'd much rather give an old mount a good home!
For our first date my husband was scared to take me to this fun sing along steak house because there are mounts all over the place, so he took me to a movie instead. Later I took him to my zoology classroom, which had heads everywhere and I showed him my favorites, so we go way back with this stuff.

@Foodnerd81: you could make it a bigger gift by buying him a custom one off Etsy

I'm considering asking for this silver Tiffany ring for Christmas. I never ask for jewelry, and certainly never spend that much usually, but it's lovely.

I want too many things! He doesn't like buying gifts so he just tells me to order something I want. I just got boots I've been coveting that were on sale yesterday. And I have a diamond ring that was my grandmas, I'm getting it turned into a necklace.
I got him a nice leather keychain and some Duluth buck naked underwear. He's the worst to buy for because generally he likes gadgets and prefers to buy them himself (he's in the technology field).

He wants a new Seahawks jersey, some concert tickets, some dress shoes (which I got him), head phones, an aerator for the lawn.
I'm asking for a Free People dress, some scarves, copper mugs, Carven perfume, a Rebecca Minkoff crossbody bag, new countertops....

@runnerd: that's actually a great idea, except he returns everything I buy him so I don't even want to buy him something nice and personal like that when he will probably just have wanted something different anyway. Last year I got him a leather briefcase/ laptop bag, purposely from zappos so I could return it when he didn't like it. He actually liked it and threw away the packaging, only to go to use it months later and decide it was too small and he wanted to return it- which is to say, he wanted me to find appropriate packaging and bring it to the post office myself.
He also has a sports massage gift certificate sitting in his closet from two Christmases ago.
I'm over buying him things.
