My friends and I were talking about this, and we came to a consensus of 30. Old enough that people take you seriously, still young enough to look pretty good, mature enough with some life experience under your belt.
What about you?

I'm 30 now. Last year, when I was 29 was the greatest year of my life. LOVED it.

30 as well- just a great age! Still young but with some life experience but too young for dentures and soft food!

Well, I'm a baby, only 24... But, I would say later 20's. I have always thought 25 was a cool age though, for some unknown reason. Guess I'll find out in a couple months if its as great as I imagined!

I'm with the 30! crowd. Maybe 31 will be better, but 30 was great!

I haven't reached it yet, but 27 sounds like a good age to me.

@chopsuey119: I work in technology and media, where there is very little stigma against being too young.
I figure 20 is as low as you can go (and capture the physiological benefits of youth), without actually being a teenager.

@mrbee: ooohh.. very smart. minus the legally drinking thing

@mrsjazz: I figured age here meant biological age... not sure how your legal age could be changed to be lower!

25. I'm almost 30 and not looking forward to it. But I still want to be married to my hubby and have my baby.

I've been telling people I'm 23 for the past 5 years, so I'll go with 23.
But honestly, 18 was probably the best year of my life. I miss just having fun all the time and not having adult things to worry about sometimes. I'm 28 now, and feel like 30 sounds so old. It's terrifying.

I would choose 27 because that is right before I started noticing fine lines around my eyes and tons of gray hair.

I really liked 25 for some reason. I still felt young but mature at the same time.
