Did you pay a pro or did you(or SO/family) assemble it?
We are planning on getting a play set this fall and DH wants to assemble it with his dad. I think we should just pay a handyman to save out on the time. My friend had their handyman do it for $150. He assembles a lot of swing sets and did it very quickly!

We bought a second-hand wooden one so it was pretty much put together but they did have to remove slide, ect. to move. They just reassembled it. From scratch I'd probably hire.

It was part of the house when we bought it. Though DH took it apart last year to repaint and move it, then put it back together.

We got a big one but it had panels and pre drilled holes. That helped a ton. It still took them almost 1.5 days.

We did it ourselves but it was such a PITA I would have gladly spent $150 to save the headache

My husband built ours from scratch. He ordered a hardware kit and plans from Amazon and then went to Lowes to get the lumber. It took him about 2.5 days to do it alone.

My brother and dad assembled one over a series of weekends. Our old neighbor assembled a gigantic one over a month. He's in construction, so it was easy for him.
