Alas, this was true for my kids last night... they crashed pretty early for them, but then they woke up very early! Miserable over here...
If your kids go to bed earlier, do they wake up earlier? Or do they wake up at the same time as normal...

My kids never go to bed early however regardless of what time they go to bed (on time or late) they wake up at the same time - which is why I am such a stickler for getting them to bed on time!!

They usually sleep around 7-7:30 when I put them down and around 8 when DH puts them down. They consistently wake around 7 but LO 2 woke up at 4:30 this morning!

Nope. She usually only goes to bed early if she's sick or really worn out and needs the extra sleep. Her typical bed time is between 7 and 7:30. Last night she asked me to put her to bed at 6:15... and still woke up at her normal time of 7am.

She wakes up early no matter when she goes to bed. Whomp.

Doesn't seem to matter if she goes to bed early, late, or on time, she always wakes up between 7-715. It's rare for her to wake up before 7, but might happen once in a while I guess.
