My RE's nurse just called & they want me to come in for a beta today and then go from there. She sounded really skeptical about it coming back positive!

They do betas in house so I should have the results this afternoon!
I'm so nervous though. I wasn't planning on doing betas this time but they insisted. & since they won't start me on progesterone until they get a number back, I pretty much have to go in.

And of course now I'm thinking, what if this was a false positive?! Although I did a lot of Googling and that's pretty much impossible.

Labs are done and now I just wait for the results. I know I shouldn't be nervous since it's just the first beta but I am shaking.

My hCG came back at 227!!!
Either 14 or 15 DPO so I feel good about that number! With my daughter I was at 199 at 15 DPOETA: I'm going back on Monday!

They are also calling in a progesterone suppository but since it's a compound it won't be ready for a few days. The nurse was not worried about the lag time.
