What kinds of nicknames did you give your baby before he/she was born?
I've had friends who called their "Little Bean", "McNugget" and "Little One".

We called him "lil P" which was short for "little parasite. "

First was Stormy (short for Stormagedon, from Doctor Who), R was Spooky (conceived on Friday the 13th), and L was Daisy. We still call her Daisy some.

For some reason we have a potato theme going on-
#1 was Tater tot shortened to tot
#2 was potato puff shortened to puff
#3 is potato wedge shortened to wedge -
Sesame, because that's how big he was when we found out about him!

Before we knew boy or girl we called our son baby Valentine (due in Feb) and our daughter cupcake

@cheesetomywhine: ours was tator tot too (there is a running joke amoung our friends that DH and I are Mr and Mrs Potato Head!)

Almost everyone at work referred to the baby as Banana baby because this was how big she was when they found out I was pregnant.
Everyone else called her Kinder, which was short for kinder surprise since we didn't know the gender until 36 weeks.

We were team green, and we called baby 'Cricket'. We called DD Cricket periodically after she was born too... it became such a habit!

DS1 was choinkwich (aka choinky). DS2 is chipwich (aka chippy). Lol - long story, but if you google a choinkwich, it'll give you an idea.
