I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but I've been basically panicking about nuclear war for a week. Like reading survivalist message boards, buying supplies (nothing too serious here. A wind up radio, and a portable water filter, the life straw, and other basic things), and figuring out a plan where we could go (you have about 15min if you are not obliterated immediately to hunker down for a few days away from the radioactive fallout) (we would grab supplies and stay in our storage unit in the basement of our apartment building- no windows and behind lots of concrete)

The amount of emotional and metal space this takes up is probably unhealthy. I've been on the verge of panic attacks several times a day, but I just can't shake the feeling. Of course, today's news is fueling the anxiety fire.

Anyone else as crazy as me?
