It's very important. My SO and I have a very similar sense of humor. He makes me laugh every day.

Yes! Husband and I laugh all the time.. He's the only man I've ever dated that made me laugh. I dated quite a few guys in my time too..

My husband, when we were just friends, made me laugh ALL the time with his funny puns and quick wit. But now, I groan because I hear his jokes all. the. time. But he is so goofy and he lightens me up because I can be a grouch sometimes.

The hubs is hilarious but after 8 years I tend to know his jokes inside out. We laugh alot together though.

He is funny, but not witty. Also, sometimes he doesn't always get my dry sense of humor. We do laugh together often enough, though. I do think it is important in a relationship.

My husband loves to tell corny jokes, and he knows the exact ones that will make me laugh. We're very corn people...

Making me laugh and making the situation light is definitely very high on my list. Not only that but he must have the same kind of humor as I do. I've met funny people before but if it's not the things that I find funny, things won't click. On that note, Husband is totally my kind of funny.

We laugh so much together, its a really important quality. But like some other posters, many of his jokes get an eye roll. I am much harder to make laugh than many of our friends. Its more just who he is and how we are that make me laugh. I'm getting butterfly's a little just thinking about how fun and funny he is
