Has anyone else dealt with this? Usually during letdown I think, it's very uncomfortable and itchy!

No advice but I have heard ducts can go all the way up to your armpits!

Yes! This was the worst part of nursing for me. It was a really intense itch/pins and needles in my arm pits for about 10 seconds (which seemed liked forever). It did gradually get milder, I hope it does for you too!
