@oliviaoblivia: I love laughter! We are at 15 weeks and I can't make her laugh every day, but she sure loves to smile. She is very smiley. She rolls back to front and front to back. She's getting better at using her hands to hold onto some toys. We just started her in the Jumperoo and she loves it!

J has really started grabbing and using his hands. He can also roll front to back. I can't wait for a good belly laugh. We get lots is responsive smiles and he is a lot more stable with assisted sitting !

D is 13 weeks adjusted, rolls tummy to back consistently. No audible laugh yet, but huge smiles...it's close! He's super interested in his toys and mobiles, but doesn't bat at them. He'll stick his fist in his mouth though. He makes a few different noises. One sounds like "hi" which we love.

D was 13 weeks on Thurs and we got out first LOL today! I just spent all day acting like a goofball to hear it again. Best sound ever!

He still hates tummy time, and spends most of it just screaming at the floor. He's close to rolling, it seems, but it hasn't happened yet!

He bats and grabs at stuff constantly. And even though he didn't do great with tummy time he holds his head up pretty well - I had him in the carrier facing out today and he did great!

We've been attempting to hand him toys/put them in his hands for a couple weeks now, and today he finally noticed them! He's also started looking at his hands and was constantly chewing on them today. He also grabbed my finger a few times while I was holding it out in front of him. Yay!

We didn't get a Sophie because we wanted to be all "we're too cool for the toy every other baby has" so we got another chew toy thing made by the same company. Um, terrible idea. It's too fat so he can't hold onto it with one hand and can't chew on it because no parts fit in his mouth! I think I'll be buying a Sophie here soon...

Also, I've had to pull out the 6-12 month clothing!? This is happening too fast, y'all. #thingsmomssay

@Mrs Green Grass: I forgot to mention that! D LOL'd on Sunday! It was SO awesome. I've spent every single second with him since then trying to make it happen again. He kinda did it again last night, but nothing like Sunday.

E is 12 weeks old, and has gone from not grasping anything to constantly grabbing at EVERYTHING in about a week. It's so crazy. I had him sitting in my lap at lunch today and he grabbed my plate! He grabs my arm and pulls it to his mouth at every diaper change. Husband was taking him out of his carseat today and had to pry the strap out of his little hand. I just can't believe how fast he changes!

@littlebug: we had to switch to the bigger clothes a couple weeks ago because she's long and the CDs add a couple inches. It was sad packing them up!

R's been regularly turning from tummy to back in the last week (15 weeks) so that's fun. When she's not swaddled, she sometimes turns on her side too, so I wonder if she'll be a side sleeper when the time comes.

L is still not rolling, but moving all over the place by picking his legs up and slamming them down. I think he not only is having a growth spurt but also trying so hard to roll over...

I've noticed he will also startle on occasion if we are too loud or make weird noises - he never did that before. And he's finally starting to actually play with his toys and show an interest in the dog. Fun!

@littlebug: that's great that tummy time is starting to work a bit!

Does anyone else constantly have to count how many weeks lo is? I can never remember!

I bought a bunch more toys that d can grab onto like the oball and some rattle with thin rings. I started by putting it near his hands and he would grab, now he's doing it a bit in his own, but still not batting at all. He has his fist in his mouth at all times! He's startling more also.

We had Abi's 4 month check up today. Took forever cause she had a 3rd year student shadowing, but went well. We are up to 11.2 lbs and 24.75 inches long. So still a little low for weight (7th percentile) but not bad. They had to break up the shots again so we get to go back in 2 weeks for 2 more She recommended starting solids, which I know is kind of a sticky subject at this age. But to try and help get some extra calories in, and help with the reflux we are starting oatmeal. The Dr said usually she would say hold off a bit longer but with how good Abi sits up and has perfect head control she said it was a good time to start.

Dax rolled front to back a couple of times the other day, but hasn't done it since. And he's consistently rolling onto his side from his back (I've found him sleeping on his side the past couple mornings)!
