Jumping in a little late. I don’t even know why cycle # this is for us because keeping track depressed me majorly. I just POAS and it was
!!!! I’m shocked. I thought there was a 0% chance as we have had so many months of no after no. My son will be 3.5 on my due date if this baby sticks. But I also know two close friends who have lost their pregnancies at 20+ weeks in the last 3 months so I am also terrified in every possible way. But- to everyone and ladies let me know when we have the September board up so I can join!

@afc061018: Eek! Get in that last BD! Welcome to the TWW! I feel the same way - hopeful but so nervous. Are you trying for your first?
@MamaBear87: It's so hard not to analyze! I'm taking progesterone suppositories and the only side effect I have is that I am so damn tired. It's hard for me to focus! I have a twinge here and there but like you said, it's way too early.

@Mrs Lavender: Yes! And the longer it's taken us, the more I've felt myself wanting that BFP. I've had a ton of cramping today, so I'm hopeful that means O!

@MamaBear87: Oh no, hopefully it's not AF! How long is your LP normally? I see lots of bfp charts with spotting during LP. Try not to worry!

@Mrs Lavender: my lp was spot on 13 days for several months when I was tracking with opks. Since we've started trying it's been sorta wacky. 12 2 months ago and 15 last month so who knows. Within a day or 2 occasionally is normalish though.
It fits for "implantation" spotting but trying not to get my hopes up -
Chiming in here just to give everyone
. I've been lurking and I'll be joining the February board since I don't O until the 22nd ish. I'm also in the "got pregnant on the first cycle with #1," and now we're on cycle 3 with #2. Granted the first two cycles didn't have great timing but we BD once between O-3 and O, so it wasn't horrible either. I told myself I was going to take the relaxed approach, but I just can't so I got a new battery for the thermometer, and a bunch of cheapie and digital OPKs. We pretty much followed SMEP when we conceived #1 so I think we'll do that again this cycle. Ugh this pre O wait is killing me!

@BadgerMom: welcome! I'm trying to be relaxed and failing completely! We're on cycle 4, waiting for o and then the tww are both brutal. I applaud women who do this multiple times.

@BadgerMom: Welcome! We took the relaxed NTNP approach the first year after I was off BC, but now I'm addicted to tracking. My post-O temp is the one I obsess about. I feel like every morning during the TWW I'm silently screaming at the thermometer "STAY ELEVATED!" the closer it gets to AF date. Maybe this month it'll actually listen to me.

@MamaBear87: How do you like your Ava bracelet? I tend to wake up and go back to sleep quite a bit in the early morning, so unless I set my alarm for 3am, I'm afraid my waking temperatures won't be very accurate with a standard bbt.

@BadgerMom: i like it for the most part. The first few nights it was annoying but now I mostly don't notice it. I will say it does about zero to help with stress/worry about being pregnant or not. There do seem to be quite a few people who have issues that they do fix but seems annoying
I plan to use it to avoid after we have our second though so it was worth the investment to me. It isn't approved as birth control though.

it's likely just my cervix being sensitive but I can't help thinking I might be out

@LindsayInNY: Hey! I changed jobs and insurance too! We’ve been trying off and on since March 2016. But, when we did clomid cycles with the midwife practice last summer, it was just a question she asked. She (nor insurance) didn’t require temping, charting, proof of sex life etc...

Don't say that! You are not out yet! How are your temps doing? I figured out if I got a BFP this cycle my due date would be the exact date I conceived my first pregnancy in 2016 that ended in a MC.

@Mrs Lavender: my temp went up by about half a degree this morning, but I've not been temping long enough to know if that's usual. Today I'm spotting brown though so that isn't reassuring
