    @simplyfelicity: A few weeks ago I found a pair of Jag jeans on clearance at Nordstrom and bought them and I like them. They seem like they kind of get saggy quick though (??) - did you have this experience? Maybe they are just a bit big on me (?).

    They hit right at/above my belly button and hold everything in nicely and create a very streamlined/smooth silhouette and they are VERY comfortable, which I like. I'd more another pair.

    @simplyfelicity: Nora. I'm kind of between sizes, so I sized down to the smaller of the two--but sizing down more would just cause more muffin top. They were just ill fitting for my shape, I guess. The inside of the thighs literally gaped out and the butt was just....baggy. And then the waist was too tight (not uncomfortable, just caused muffin top).. I guess for more pear shaped people.

    Just looked at my history and I ordered the Nora AND the Chandler, and neither fit. I think the CHandler was slightly better but still not good.

    And I ordered the Democracy ponte pants and those were terrible--short and mid rise rather than high rise and generally unflattering on me.

    @Anagram: That sucks! Jean shopping is so frustrating. I am more of an hourglass/pear so that's probably why they work for me. I hope you find your HG jeans soon!

    @Anagram: I forgot to mention that I hands down prefer the ones I got at Macy's vs the amazon ones. The ones from amazon don't do a great job of sucking me in and are more baggy. I wear them when I "have to. " honestly, I wish I hadn't kept them but I assumed they were the same fit since they are the same style, etc and washed them.

    @yoursilverlining: Yeah, you definitely need to size down in these. I think their sizing runs a bit big and they do stretch out a little by the end of the day. But not nearly bad as ON saggy diaper though.

    @Anagram: That's so strange! I'm 5'9" and they definitely come up to my belly button and are long enough for me. I have a hard time pulling them up over my rear end, but once I do, they definitely suck me in, instead of creating a muffin top. That stinks they don't work for you!

    @simplyfelicity: That's so weird that the Mavys vs Amazon were different. I got mine from Macy's, as well.

    @ValentineMommy: maybe I'm high waisted?

    @ValentineMommy: or maybe it's because mine were from Amazon?

    I ordered 6 pairs from Gap and all of them were only 70ish percent cotton and they just did not feel like jeans. Plus they were total mom jeans and made my butt look horrible (vanity and all) lol They reminded me of the mom jeans here: http://www.graspingforobjectivity.com/2009/03/mom-jeans-and-dreaded-long-butt.html

    @jetsa: "If the jeans come in sizes small, medium and large and they have a completely elastic waist, you’ve gone way beyond Mom Jeans. You are at the point of Grandma Jeans. Turn yourself in immediately to someone who can help you with your problem."

    OMG I AM DYING AT MY DESK RIGHT NOW!! 😂
