AF should be here any minute. I just want to know what a bfp feels like

@organicmama: I'm so sorry about your BFN
But I really do love your outlook! I, too, just HAVE to believe there's something good in store for me in the future!
I've been trying to tell myself the same thing RE timing. This month would be inconvenient because it would mean putting off my thesis. A BFP next month would mean I'd get to finish (but then again, would I really want to finish when I'm 8 months pregnant???)
@MamaCate:
AFM, I had EWCM like woah last night. So I woke DH up for some BDing this a.m. Yeah. Didn't exactly work out as planned. He was the one that didn't finish this time. FX that it's not too late to try again tonight!

@dc yoga bee: Yes, me too. I want to know everything works and the excitement, too instead of disappointment all the time. Hugs!
CD9. Hanging out. I watched my niece and nephew this morning and took them to story time at the library. I was the oldest one there. Not to mention that by the time I have a child who will be old enough to go, I will be at least 4 years older. Then I get home and on a facebook "yard sale" page I belong to, someone is giving away a crib. I want to need that crib! Argh!

@organicmama: Thanks for the how-to on the texts. And I was just reading some passages on character building... I am so thinking this TTC process is a character building event in my life! Ugh... But whatevs. I accept it!
@dc yoga bee: I know how you feel, lady. *hugs*
@MaryM: Bummer since he's the only one that really needs to finish in these situations. Try again asap!
nectarine / 2192 posts
@MaryM: I hear you on timing. I have a conference that if this is the month, I would be due two days before it starts, or the following one would be 36 weeks. I am trying to let things happen and trust God. It's so hard!

@organicmama: Fellow teacher here. Going back to work after my losses was actually a good distraction. What grade are you teaching?
@dcyogabee Sorry that you think AF is on her way
@ctegge0416: Hang in there. AF hasn't shown yet!
Its CD 26 I'm cramping and my boobs are sore which basically mean nothing. My last 4 cycles have been 28, 29, 26, and 28 days. I haven't been temping for my sanity so I'm trying to make it 2 more days before testing. I would rather get AF then see the BFN.

@kate6214: 4th grade self-contained what about you? And I hear ya on preferring af to a bfn. Especially considering I got 4 days worth of bfns in a row! Hope the witch stays away!

@organicmama: I used to teach Kindergarten. My profile picture is actually one a student drew of me the year I got married. I now teach a preschool class.

Today's forward from my mil
“...No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
(1 Corinthians 2:9, NLT)
TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
God did not create you to live a little life with little dreams, little goals, little passion, little influence. God thinks big. He thinks abundance. He thinks expansive. He told the Israelites, “I am bringing you into a wide land, a spacious land flowing with milk and honey.” God has something bigger, something better, something more rewarding in front of you. Don’t get comfortable where you are. It’s easy to think, “Well, God’s blessed me. I’m happy. I’m healthy. I have no complaints.” That’s good to always be grateful. You should learn to be happy where you are, but don’t settle where you are. God never performs His greatest victories in the past. They’re always in the future.
Remember today, you haven’t touched the surface of what God has in store for you. He’s going to open doors you never dreamed would open. He’s going to bring talent out of you that you didn’t know you had! You’re going to see explosive blessings that thrust you to a new level. Keep praying, keep hoping, keep believing and don’t settle where you are. Embrace the blessing God has in store for your future!

@MaryM: I love this! I have been hearing a lot from various sources to just count my blessings and trust God and be happy with what I have (aka no babies). Its good to hear its ok to have a larger dream.

@MamaCate: Thanks!! AF is due today and there hasn't been any sign of her (I hope it stays that way!!) and I've been getting weird pain/discomfort in my lower back (in my sacrum) and pelvis (deep). I got the same pains last week and then it went away and now it's back. I never felt pain/discomfort like this before but I don't want to be too hopeful either! I didn't test today since yesterday was bfn. I will test tmw though...we shall see!

@Crystal: Now...if you can find any "Shut your mouth and let God work!" verses I can send back to my mother in law, you might be my hero

@DC yoga bee: how did it turn out? Are you still hanging in there or did the witch come??
@nicole112: we're in the same boat sister! I am not enjoying the suspense though. Hope we both have BFPs in the morning!!
@kate6214: aww. Such a sweet picture! I LOVE that age... mostly because my son is that age. He starts kindergarten in a few weeks! (Sniff, sniff) I am soooo thankful that we get to go to the new school together though What age preschoolers do you teach? I also have taught preschool age at Sunday school. As long as we don't have diapers, I'm good. But the 4-5 yr olds are my absolute favorite

@Kate6214: thanks!!
@KelLeeLeee: @MaryM: ty!!!

@organicmama: Thanks for asking. She hasn't arrived to the party. But, we ordered Chinese and are watching MasterChef. Gotta look on the bright side I guess LOL. I'm sure it's just delayed from travel.

@dc yoga bee: I want you to test so badly! Enjoy your Chinese food. Sounds heavenly.
I am, as always, cheering everyone on here.

@MrsMccarthy: I'm not getting my hopes up! AF is due today, and usually starts in the morning. Maybe my stressful training made my ovulate late and AF will start tomorrow. Why waste my one test left!?!? And it's not even an FRER, it's one of these Pregnant/Not Pregnant. It's too early to use one of those...right

My never ending cycle is FINALLY over!!! Hoping my the Provera I took has managed to set my cycles back on track!
nectarine / 2465 posts
@dc yoga bee: Definitely too early Good luck!!!
@Marfi: Yay! Super hopeful for you next cycle!
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@KelLeeLeee: Seee! I don't have any cheapies, or an FRER. And I'm watching Hotel Hell, so I'm not going out to buy one either LOL. I only have that one pregnant/not pregnant one.
You know... last month I only had a 2 day AF. Never had that before. I told my acupuncturist, and she said that was really bizarre to go from 4 days AF to 2 days. My cycle is still always 28-29 days long. Not going to get my hopes up!
cherry / 230 posts
@marfi: that's great news!!
@DC yoga bee: take it in the a.m.!
So what's strange for me is my cramping has all but stopped and my boobs are not the least bit sore. I mean, I've been checking them. Zero soreness! So not that I have a "normal" to compare to since it's my first round of clomid, but it just seems different than previous cycles. And I had a headache earlier that I had to take advil for... could have been that I overdid it at the gym. .. or an early pg symptom! I'm clearly losing my mind as I've just written a book on a bunch of nothing. The limbo is so hard!!!!
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@organicmama: My fx are crossed for you this is it!! And you've had and always have such a great attitude!

BFN this am... Still no AF. I'm feeling like a nervous reck. Maybe it's still too early. IDK.
apricot / 278 posts
So now idk! I went back to look and I think I see a very faint line! Idk if my mind is playing tricks on me! I only have the wondfos right now. I think I may pick up a FRER after work idk idk!

Idk...it's hard to see in the picture but idk if my mind is playing tricks on me!
cherry / 230 posts
@nicole112: could it be?!?!? Get your rear to a store asap! We need a good pic!
AFM, BFN this a.m. that also had my mind playing tricks on me. (I used the early test that's supposed to measure 10 whatever-they-ares) I thought I could see the faintest shadow. But I am pretty sure I've lost my mind. Today is 14dpo so AF should show. I have to confess, I'm holding out the slightest amount of hope because I have such diluted pee all the time. I've always been a huge water drinker, peed twice during the night and fmu was still pretty clear. BUUUUUTTT, we shall see. Let's just say I'm extremely glad for the morning meeting I have so that I can be distracted from all this at least for a few hours!

@nicole112: @organicmama: ooh fx for you both! I know it is so hard to be in limbo but I am holding out hope for you two!
@dc yoga bee: any update?
