He refused to continue performing until he confirmed that everyone was standing. He had his security come check out the two people who weren't standing - they were handicapped! The crowd booed them for not standing.

I don't listen to his music and I don't really follow him as a celebrity, but WOW. What an asshole. I'm sorry to the people who like him, but everything I hear about him makes him sound like such a TOOL.

He's a jerk. He even made his security go check that one of the people actually WERE in a wheelchair and then was all "Oh, he's in a wheelchair, okay then." The other person had a prosthetic limb that they held up for proof!

@wonderstruck: I like Taylor too. While she isn't always the most mature when it comes to relationships I also think she is a very kind and genuine person. I think she also realizes she is a role model and many young girls look up to her and she tries to be a positive model in how she dresses, the causes she supports, her messages in her songs about it being ok to be different and letting what others think about you slide off your back etc. For the amount of fame and influence she clearly has I think she does s lot of good with it. Her song for pediatric cancer a while back had me in tears and how she credited the mom whose child she got the inspiration from was beyond kind in my mind

@Mrs. Chocolate: I cannot listen to Ronan, I ugly cry every time. And I feel the same way as you about the rest of it too! Although with the dating stuff, man, she's made some bad decisions but the snarky comments on the internet always amuse me considering she hasn't dated anyone since breaking up with the One Direction dude like a year and a half ago!

I cannot stand this man with every fiber of my being. He is the most arrogant, narrow minded, self-centered individual on this planet, aside from his vapid wife and her family.
As someone with an "invisible" illness that can, and often does, pass out after standing for extended periods of time, I would have walked out when he pulled that stunt. Then again, no amount of money paid to me could get me to attend. I am normally very level headed and wouldn't wish my 10 years of one serious, incurable illness after another on another human being but this moron couldn't survive a week in my shoes. I'd love to see him try. Stupid ass.
Sorry for such a negative rant but this story has been huge in my various online support groups. Most of us aren't fans anyways otherwise we'd boycott him. He needs a serious reality check.

Kim said he asked everyone to stand unless they were in a wheelchair. Who the F made him king of concert goers? If people don't want to stand they don't have to. Sending people to verify the still seated concert goers to verify they were unable to stand is beyond decency. How does she not see that?
