I was very lightly active on Weddingbee & found Hellobee a few months ago. I'm 28, married to DH 3 years (together for 9). We live in CO and had our first child, a boy 9 weeks ago. I'm on mat leave until Jan when I'll go back to teaching 2nd grade. Some days I'm dreading it, but today when DS staged a nap revolt I was daydreaming about my classroom. DH is a forester.

The Internet is my favorite thing, hands down. I love message boards, reading blogs, writing a blog, Pinterest, Facebook, and random corners of the web. I also like crafting when I've got energy & time. I love the Bee sites because we don't have friends in the area who are at the same life stage as us so it's nice to get community support here!

Gah DS is waking up again! I'll be back later to see more cute families!

I have been on HB for a little while but not long. I have been reading this thread all day, and I finally get to respond!

DH and I met in high school, he was a senior and I was a junior. We started dating my senior year. 6 years to the date that we started dating we married. We got married September 3 2011.

On Feb 14 2012 at 7am we learned that we were expecting a little one. It was such a sweet surprise. DH was so excited that he told everyone at work before I had a chance to tell him to keep it to himself. It has been a whirlwind ever since. I was due on October 20 2012, but our DS was born on October 5 2012. This has been a great adventure so far. Our DS is the light of our lives. DH is such a great father to our little boy just like I knew he would be.
We also have a huge cat named Anakin, and a wonderful dog named Stella.

Ah well--I am 31, and just moved to Toronto from Edmonton with my DH's job. We have two little girls (3 years and 9 months), and I have a MA in Museum Studies. I have worked as a registrar for a public art collection for the last 7 years, but since moving to Ontario, it looks like I might SAH for a while...I wish that I had a hobby or two, but at this point I would say that making applesauce and changing diapers is about as exciting as my days get!

I'm Alyssa, and I love the Beatles (thus the user name!). I'm 23, hubs is 34. I'm a kiwi, and hubs is from California, and we are living in Wellington, New Zealand. Anyone familiar with the hobbit movie coming out soon may know of Wellington hubs actually works for Weta, the company that did the visual effects for the hobbit.

We met here in New Zealand, dated for 2 years before becoming engaged, and got married 6 months later. 2 months after that we got our mostly unplanned BFP!

I read anything I can get my hands on, and my nickname when I was in high school was headphones because, obviously, I always has headphones on. I even had long hair so I could sneak listen during class.

We've got a 3.5 month old, who is adorable! We're planning on a fairly big family, 5 or more kids! I'm a SAHM, and I love it.

I'm not super active on here cause it seems like whenever I'm on, no one else is because of the time differences. But I just love all the info there is on here so I just keep coming back!

I'm Sam. I'm 30 and have been on HB for 8-ish months? DH and I have been married for 2.5 years and we live just west of Toronto, Canada. I'm currently a SAHM and I have my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree. Pre-baby I worked in schools with children with physical and developmental disabilities.

I have two darling little boys. Our furbaby, Zumi, is 3 and he is a mini-goldendoodle/cocker spaniel mix. The pic is of Zumi on Bam, our elephant ottoman.

Kai is 9 months and an exhausting little bundle of joy. The pics are from this morning and when he was 7-ish months. I'm on my iPad and our photo library hasn't been synced in awhile!!

@mrs. bird: Um, you can say you're normally a "mess" but you and your DH are totally H O T!!

I love reading about all of you!! SO much! There are even some people I chat with that I'm learning a lot about!

I have been on HB since it was beta and was on WB before that with the name KansasPrincess11. I (obviously) live in KS, DH and I were both born and raised here and will probably never leave, it's home and we love it! I'm 28, he's 31. Our 2 year anniversary is on Jan 8, we had our sweet baby Jacob on June 8 this year and have two fur babies, Lucy the lab and Duke the toy fox terrier (Lucy was my avatar on WB).

I work full time as an HR Specialist but am looking for another job as our company doesn't pay well and the future of the company isn't exactly certain.

I'm Jennimac. Hubby and I will be married for 2 years on January 29. We met on eharmony and are a successful match! We live in two towns since hubby works out of town, but we are together every few days for a week or so. It's different, but it works for us and we have a very strong marriage.

We are TTC our first take home baby. We lost our daughter at 20 weeks when we found out we didn't have a heartbeat. That was in march 2012. We now still trying and hopefully will get lucky soon.

We have a sweet dog name Bonnie Blue and she is who we baby right now.

@anonysquire: It's all good, thanks for asking. Trying to follow the diet for "Waterlogged" as described in the book Making Babies (some days are are more successful than others) plus doing acupuncture and occasionally moxibustion. No herbs - yet!

I finished graduate school (Social Work-specialization in Family Counseling) right before I had DS (sometime in my 2nd trimester). Dh & I have been married exactly 2.5 years on Jan 18th. Couldn't be happier with our little bundle of joy!
This is me with DS at 4w old; he is now just about 7w. It is the first picture of my face! I usually just did from the neck down for all of my bump photos;)

I'm 24 (turning 25 this month), and in MN. I work in Technical Sales and DH is a Field Service Tech/Engineer (I've mentioned it, but he travels like, 90% for work). We just got married at the end of October after being together for 2 years, and actually growing up knowing each other (he was the "boy down the road" up north at our cabins). I love trashy reality TV, pizza, spending ridiculous amounts of time online, and sweatpants. I'm a class act.

I was/am kiiinda on WB, I think I have a grand total of like, 8 posts. Oops. The plan is to start TTC as of January 1st (once my short-term goes into effect!). Here's an (obviously...) wedding picture of us:
