I WOH FT and need to squeeze in a couple lunchtime workouts. I don't have a scheduled lunch hour, but I prefer to limit my time away from my desk to as close to an hour as possible.

I'm taking 30 and 40 minute classes. I plan to shower after, not washing hair and using dry shampoo. I imagine I will actually have to blow dry some sweaty hair. Perhaps wear a cotton headband to absorb?

What are your best tips and tricks to squeeze a workout in quickly without being the stinky kid?
