So in researching about something, I stumbled across the relationship between magnesium and sleep. Apparently some people either take a supplement while bf, or give their child a supplement, or make a lotion for their babies, and often times babies sleep better?!

I don't have a specific article b/c I was just reading a bunch of things that happens when you are low in magnesium. Now I want to take a supplement to see if it helps at all!
