I don't have a work twitter, but I do have a twitter, that I never sign on to! I just always feel bad when a thread goes without any posts!

I can't imagine doing it for work but I do post on Twitter a lot. I just find it one of my daily routines. I love Twitter and the friends I have made through it.

I work in the Marketing dept. of a park district with a bunch of facilities that each have their own Twitter & Facebook and I help oversee a few of them. It's exhausting. I totally see why companies have people solely dedicated to keeping up with social media!

@mrbee: I don't work on it daily, as we primarily make the facility managers/event coordinators post things. I just doublecheck what others are posting and act as a resource when questions come up. Sometimes I help come up with "Social Media Plans" for a facility when they are starting out or struggling, but it's certainly not my expertise. (Primarily I do graphic design). I know our Golf Marketing Coordinator does all the posting for our golf courses and she spends at least an hour a day, sometimes more during the season.
