We're celebrating our 5 year anniversary too - in September!

Well I'm thinking I maybe ovulated yesterday? I usually get a couple days of positive OPKs around O time, but this month I got a positive yesterday and a negative this AM. We didn't BD yesterday but did this AM...which hopefully will be worth something?? Ugh, I hate feeling like this month is a bust before I even get to the TWW.

@Keppa: I think you still have a chance for a positive!

@Marfi: I'm still hoping for a BFP for you, too!

@Keppa: I hate when that happens. You're not out til your out, though! Don't lose hope!

@MrsMcD: I'm with you on that one. What's the matter with DH? I hope he feels better soon.

Hello sweet ladies. Spotting at what may be 5DPO over here and preparing myself to join you on the June boards for cycle 6. Even though I hoped it wouldn't take this long I couldn't imagine better company on this journey. Hoping a lot of you will graduate and be cheerleaders by the time June rolls around. Big hugs!

Of course if today couldn't get any worse- it does!! got home from work and got in the shower (I'm one of those people that just get it without turning it on first). Well- I start shampooing my hair and the water keeps getting colder and colder!!!! Hot water heater broke!! It was a miserable shower! Boo. But I had already committed it!

@mrs bunchy: ugh, that sucks. I'm sorry.

@mrs bunchy: Oh man, that is the worst with showers!! Or when you MUST shower and have no hot water...

Not much doing here - finally got a + OPK this morning, which means I should O tomorrow... a few days later than normal, which I think must be a side effect of last month's CP. Our timing this cycle has been.... nonexistent? I may try to jump DH tonight, but honestly, I have *not* been feeling it this month. I think half of me is terrified of getting pregnant and losing it again, and the other half figures there is no point in TTC right now because this is a "bad side" month. Sigh. If I did magically get KU, my EDD would be the day after my EDD with DD.

Wow I'm way behind. Catching up.

@bhbee: Yay! I know lots of people said yay but I wanted to say yay too.

@Keppa: Your timing doesn't sound bad! The day before O and day of O are usually the best chances. I have been looking at a lot of FF pregnancy charts and some people KU on either BDing once on the day they got the + opk or the day after and that is the only BDing they did!

@Marfi: Did you take another test? FX!

@MrsMcD: Haha my hubs is a bit of a whiner too.

@MrsMccarthy: Isn't spotting at dpo 5 a good sign? Don't worry yet!

So FF finally readjusted to have my O date on CD22 (May 8th) so I think I'm officially in TWW at dpo4. I feel absolutely nothing. Haha. No symptoms at all.

I believe in Chinese zodiacs and not to sound crazy but this was our last chance to have a horse baby and it makes me sad that we missed out on this year. Next zodiac is ram/sheep and though that is not a bad zodiac I had my mind set on a horse for some weird reason.

@AmeliaBedilia: I wish I had been smart enough to avoid FB this weekend. I drastically underestimated how shitty it would be to see all that two weeks after my m/c. And another handful of people announced they are expecting fall babies! More data to support my hypothesis that everyone in the entire world is pregnant right now but us.

@septca: I'm in a similar situation, thinking I'll probably see my first + OPK this evening, which is several days later in my cycle than normal - certainly due to the fact that it's my first ovulation post-miscarriage. I'm trying to think positively about the chance of a successful conception/pregnancy this cycle though, since I read so many anecdotes from women who got knocked up the cycle after miscarriage. Good luck to us both!

@MrsMcD: I'm on day 3 of Clomid, and I was a bit emotional this morning, but I think the full reasoning behind that is a combination of factors, not just the meds! And I'm feeling much better this afternoon. But physically I feel totally ok. Just two more days!

I was prescribed the Clomid by my OB, and she's not doing any sort of monitoring this cycle. Last cycle I did a CD21 progesterone test, but I'll be on vacation for CD21 this time, so she said not to worry about it. Since I ovulated on it last time, she's confident I will again this time, and that is the only info you get from that blood work. She'll do 3 rounds of Clomid with me before sending me to an RE. Obviously my prayer is that we don't get to that point...

@MrsMcD: Timed intercourse for us. I don't know if we'll end up doing IUI, if it comes down to it. I guess we'll have that conversation if/when it comes to that. I'm hopeful that we only have issues on my end (PCOS, anovulatory), and that one or two more cycles when I actually ovulate will be the trick for us. I am thankful though to know that if I do end up at an RE's office, that I'll have at least one diagnosis and 3 cycles' worth of data in-hand. Looking for my silver linings! I hope you get your horse-sign baby!

I stuck Keppa on May 22. If you Oed 3 days ago, I just added 14 days to that. I hope that's okay!

Also since I'm a big stalker in the other threads I noticed that Lil Bean is listed there as May 22nd too so I updated it here too. I hope that's okay also!

Also updated septca to May 27th ... again O + 14 days. Again I hope that's okay. Haha.

@MrsMcD: Some people mention it as a symptom. I don't know if what I'm experiencing is the same thing though? Whatever at this point, LOL!

@PawPrints: Oh my gosh! Why does the article call it the "dreaded" year of the sheep??? I like sheeps too. But RAMS just remind me of big construction worker trucks. Horses remind me of happinesss and mystical magic.
