I got this off etsy to commemorate my first loss and I wrote a letter...I didn't do anything for my second loss. It was honestly too painful.
When I am done having children, I might get a small floral tattoo with the open flowers for my children and closed buds for my losses.

I really wanted something to commemorate our loss. I ended up getting a birthstone pendant (based on EDD) that I added to the necklace I wear every day, along with the birthstone of my older LO. The people who know about the loss have commented on it but other people I don't always explain the reason.

I got them off etsy and can dig up the link if you are interested. Another friend has one of those charm bracelets and got a charm (I think a little foot) to remember her loss by. That is not my style but might be an option too?

It is basically like a clear locket necklace that you can add charms, birthstones, etc too. It would also allow you to easily add to it to commemorate future children or (god forbid) losses.

I have a bracelet that says "I carry your heart."

I have this bracelet with "i carry your heart with me" engraved inside.

DH meant to get me some jewelry for our 2 losses, but we never found anything we liked. We have our son now and I haven't gotten anything for him either, so once we figure it out we'll get one for each child in their birthstone.

We actually ended up naming both our girls we lost to MCs and sent out announcements to family and very close friends. We saved one of each, along with our son's birth announcement which looks pretty similar and once we're done having kids the plan is to get all of the announcements matted and framed and hung in our house.

I have a pandora charm with stones from the month she was due. I also would like to get a locket with her footprints engraved that can hold a bit of her ashes. I'm waiting a bit because I still find it hard to open up the card where Her tiny footprints are stamped.

This week we spread her ashes alongside her grandpas' up at the cottage. We are going to make a little plaque for the site that says "Grandpa is watching over me."

This is my tattoo on my inner wrist. Even though it was a 9 week loss, we knew gender through chromosomal testing. We named her and the letters at the bottom are her initials.

I know that I'll get a tattoo someday but like @auggiefrog, I think I'll probably wait until I know I'm done with TTC.

Our loss happened right before Valentine's Day, so DHsplurged on a beautiful pair of amethyst David Yurman earrings for me as a gift, when normally we only exchange cards. The meaning behind them is only known to the two of us, to everyone else they are just designer earrings.

I also keep an ultrasound photo in my wallet, tucked away if a flap I don't use. It's a sweet reminder whenever I am cleaning out my wallet and discover it again.
