My first pregnancy - eating carbs and sweets helped. I lived off of cereal, bagels, hard candies, mint mentos, veggie subs or BLT sandwiches.

The carbs and sweets aren't really working this time. I've tried ginger and citrus and that's not really helping either. What helps one day doesn't help the next day

I did get those sea bands for my wrists and that seems to help. I'd love to hear what worked for you
