Just excited about my Xmas gift so I thought I'd share! 
The tag said "To Mom Love [DS]" and his initials are engraved on the back!

DS's favorite present was the play kitchen, especially the huge bow that was on it haha -
We bought DS (2.5) a gigantic stuffed Baymax from the Disney Store when it was on sale after Thanksgiving. He LOVES Big Hero 6 & Baymax so I thought he'd like it. Turns out he loves it...probably more than the thing he asked Santa for all month. It's adorable how he's been carrying him around, talking to him, and playing games with him. Baymax is almost the same size as DS so it's pretty funny to watch him drag it around!
I also bought DH a special brew of one of his favorite beers...apparently it's hard to find (I didn't really have an issue finding it) so he was really impressed and happy I found it!

DH got me Hermione's wand and with it, 2 days at universal just him and I. I'm super excited for it- I love any excuse to nerd it up 🤓
We got DD1 a train set with a battery operated Thomas and she loves it so much. It's the one thing she consistently asked for, so it was so much fun to see her face when she opened it.

I gave hubby a t-shirt with a print of a picture that DD1 drew of him, he was so surprised and died laughing. Wore it all day yesterday!

We got our kids the Land of Nod camper play tent and it was a hit! My oldest has already logged hours in it.

I got DH and DS (2.5) a gorilla gym and some kids attachments. DS just figured out that he can now swing in the kitchen and is pretty excited.

It was not really a gift but a surprise. Tickets to a 3 day country music festival. We had talked about going and I got it booked. DD is staying with my Mom.

My Nespresso machine from DH. Definitely! Most fun gift we gave was the playhouse for LO. Mmm tied with hot diggity dog mickey. She love her some mickey!

I got DH and DS tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters today!

I gave my husband an NES classic and I received lots of gift cards to my favorite store!

@MrsKoala: Lucky husband! We couldn't not get our hands on one.
We didn't really do gifts for us, but my MIL gave me something that belonged to her mom (who passed a couple of months ago). She didn't have much, but the fact that she's entrusting me with something of hers meant so much and I immediately started crying.
