Anyone dealt with Mountain Buggy customer service or had something repaired with them? Our Mountain Buggy Nano has a screw loose (the hole is stripped, so we can't just tighten it) and the sun shade pops out. I bought it less than a year ago but don't have the receipt. I'm wondering if it's worth dealing them or just getting a new screw or duct taping it...

I had a piece of the lock snap and they replaced it within a week.
I was able to use a screenshot from my Amazon account for proof of purchase. -
@oliviaoblivia: bought it in store at BBB. Plus I got the floor model so I wonder if that would be a problem.

@Foodnerd81: it shouldn't be an issue with the floor model bit. Does BBB store past purchases? Proof of purchase was one of the first things they wanted.

@oliviaoblivia: not sure. It wasn't from a registry or anything. Boo. I got a good enough deal that I won't be upset if I have to fix it myself but you know... Them fixing it would be better.
