Which multivitamins are good for me and my partner to take in our ttc journey.

Is your partner male or female? If female, I would think you could both take prenatals. If male, a multivitamin would likely be fine.
I would ask your doctor though, if you have concerns.

You should be taking folic acid at least 3 months before you TTC.

I would just take a normal prenatal or a multivitamin with DHA + folic acid. I do gummies and aside from being low on iron, my levels are normal. You can get prescription prenatals from your doctor, if you want, but my doctor said that just the stuff you find OTC are fine.

Definitely prenatals! I take the One-a-Day ones that have a DHA pill included.

Prenatals for you and if your partner is male a good multi my DH took NAture way men's multi RE recommended
If a female I think prenatald as well! -

@simply_london: I like the nature made brand of pre-natals. I tried the Target brand ones once but they made my stomach a bit upset

I just took a woman's "one a day" multivitamin that had the right amount of folic acid. When I found out I was pregnant and my vitamins ran out I switched to a prenatal multivitamin.
