In my TTC madness, I've obviously started an ongoing, everchanging list of baby names! DH and I agreed that for the most part we are looking at short first names (as our last name is very Polish, very long!).

As I was reading our list the other day, I noticed that a lot of my top contenders (at the moment) have letters that are phonetically hard for my parents (1st generation Korean) to pronounce. "TH," "V," being the most obvious, difficult...

@mrs.bee I thought of your umma when you had her on video saying "OLIBE YAH OLIBEEEEE" LOL so cute!!

Anyway, my question is, for those of you with 1st generation ESL parents, did you take into consideration how easy or hard it would be for them to pronounce your LO's name? How did you decided on the final name?
