This is Baby #1, my due date is in 6 weeks and one day, and I feel like I need some advice.

In your experience or estimation, is it better to nap when you feel like it in the 3rd trimester, knowing that serious sleep deprivation is coming? Or is it better to keep more or less consistent sleep/wake times, even though nighttime sleep is somewhat disrupted at this point?

I do have 2 long work weeks left, with fairly rigid hours (up at 5:30am, home for dinner) but will be off work from 37 weeks + 4 days on.

I know that napping probaby affects everyone differently...but what would you do?
