Finally back with an update.
Camilla Jane was born at 4:30. A peanut at just 8lbs 8oz!! 21.5" and 15.5" noggin. We'll call her Mila for short. She shares a middle name with my mom, grandmother, and great aunt. Hopefully she becomes as incredible a woman as her namesakes.
My surgery was easy, despite the long delay (and yes, I was STARVING). We are already back home and adjusting well. She's an amazing sleeper, slept for six straight last night, a not so amazing nurser (we're working out some latch issues), but overall is just an amazing little girl.
Big sister L is in love and very adamant about her little sister always wearing a hat.
I can't believe my heart was able to grow enough to love another as much as I loved my first but I sit here gazing at this incredible being with my chest bursting.Can't wait for you all to join us on the mom AND baby side and can't thank you enough for sharing this adventure with me.
