What have you tried? What has worked? We've been using freetimes with an extra insert, but my 10 month old has started peeing out of them on occasion.

We use Bumgenius 4.0 for daytime, but fitted plus cover overnight. My favorite is a Sustainablebabyish overnight bamboo fitted with a Blueberry Coveralls cover.

GMD workhorses with a hemp insert. It is the only thing that works for us.

Hemp inserts! The thirsties hemp have been great for us. When I was still using the MF inserts our 4.0s came with I would do regular MF, hemp, then newborn MF. I have since switched to bamboo and just do bamboo and hemp. Though for several months while LO was still BFing through the night and was peeing too much for the above combos I used an overnight disposable. Once we night weaned her overnight pee decreased and I wasn't willing to shell out the money on a million different combinations to try. We did try a fitted but DH hated it.

@LindsayLou: we use Hemp Babies doublers! I bought them from the Cotton Babies website.

@LindsayLou: Same as @PawPrints! We tried a bunch of other solutions including the Dimple Diaper plus cover, and the only thing that worked was the hemp inserts (Thirsties) with our BG Freetimes.

I feel like a cloth diapering failure - but I've always just done disposables at night for our kiddos. Neither of them are good sleepers in any way, shape or form and I was never able to find a great solution in the early days with my son that didn't leak. I was too nervous to mess up any sort of sleep they were getting haha!
Although now that my son is potty trained during the day, we do use reusable cloth diapers on him at night because he can control himself a bit better.
Good luck to you!!
