Does anyone have any experience with non-medicated IUIs? We were going to just do TI with Ovidrel this month but are thinking about converting it to an IUI. My doctor says that TI and unmedicated IUIs have the same success rate, but I wonder if anyone's doctor has different opinions on that? FWIW, I don't think either will work since I have endometriosis and went through 3 failed IUIs before having my son with IVF, but we are just trying to best utilize our time until my work travel schedule frees up in March to do IVF.

I did two unmedicated IUIs before we had my DH's genetic diagnosis. In the beginning we just thought he had a low count. I would use the digital OPKs and call when it turned positive. I would go in the next day for the IUI. The urologist thought it would work since I didn't have any problems ovulating.
