The only suggestion I could come up with is music. Kids love to dance

Some fun group games if you are looking for that are: Cookie Monster. The kids line up and say "Cookie Monster Cookie Monster what time is it? And the monster says a number. Then the kids take that many steps (usual the oldest counts and the others just end up in line with them). When they get close, the monster says cookie time and chases them back to the start. The love that part.

Color game. Everyone starts at the same place. The adult tells them to find something that is a color (red) and thy touch somethjng that color and come back. You can make it more complicated by having them touch more than one thing or with a different body part like foot or butt.

Storybook. You say "story book storybook what do you see (kids name) sees a" and they say an animal. Everyone moves like that animal and runs back.

You could do messy party activities like goop or pudding painting.
