I have been very grateful to have felt pretty amazing since about week 16--not too tired, not too achy, etc. I was feeling pretty great until bam, at 28 weeks it felt like I had done an intense spinning class and my tail bone hurts like a mother. Over the past weeks that pain has spread all over my pelvic bone and I KNOW it is not from an physical activity as I have been terrible in that department. A brief search online looks like it could just be the inevitable loosening of ligaments in prep for birth, which I am trying to view as a good thing. Has anyone else had this?
I feel like I am crippled! The snoogle helps a little bit between the legs, but I pretty reliably wake up at 4 AM unable to fall back asleep because of it. Hope the PT can help you with both problems!
