When I make chicken nuggets for Evan, I always make a couple extra for myself (and also finish his plate if he hasn't!)

I purposely buy the loudest and/or messiest, most obnoxious gifts for DH's cousin's kids, because they are terrors and so are their parents...
(think - make your own nail polish kit and hungry hungry hippos)

@lovehoneybee: um, that's totally dieting. It's eating FEWER chicken nuggets than you otherwise would if you made them for your dinner.
I let R watch two episodes of Daniel Tiger today because I just feel like crap. I'm hoping this morning sickness goes away soon.

I let my DD watch a couple hours of tv on my lap when she was sick a few weeks ago because she was super lethargic!

I just stir fried a head of cabbage and realized I didn't wash it before I threw it in the wok. Oops. But the heat sterilized it, right??

LO has 4 teeth coming in and DH had wisdom teeth removed Monday !

@swedishfish: E was watching a dance movie with my mom and I, and he climbed up to the TV and tried to do some of the moves! (It was ballet, which was even funnier. He was trying to lift his stubby little leg up.)
Confession: I'm totally letting E throw all his peas to the dogs, because I don't have the energy to try and get him to eat them right now. At least I don't have to sweep them up...

I sneak chocolate when T is not looking! I hide it from my husband sometimes too! He is a bottomless pit who will eat everything good in the house in one sitting and frankly I don't want to share!

I had a lean cuisine pizza for dinner. Then, a huge bowl of ice cream. And I'm leaving the dishes in the sink. It's okay because it was a crap evening. Car broke down on bridge. Had to be towed 30 miles back home.

I feel you, my car broke down nearly in the middle of an intersection a couple weeks ago. Car problems are the biggest inconvenience. That ice cream is soooo calorie free now.

@Espion: it was in rush hour. DH is at work....in another town, LO was with her sitter, AND it's the same thing that happened a month ago. So frustrating.

@singingbee: Nothing invokes more righteous fury than taking your car back into the shop for the exact same reason. Ugh. And when people honk and wave their arms at you? Makes you hate humanity a little. I'd be throwing back a bottle of calorie-free wine, too.

I went to the grocery this evening to get ingredients for dinner and somehow ended up at Cinnabon. Got myself a Caramel Chillata (it was awesome!) then felt guilty so skipped dinner. Now I'm starving and undernourished and it's too late for a big meal!

I let LO have Frosted Flakes at breakfast this morning because I didn't want to deal with the fight. And now she's on the iPad while I'm on here because DH has been gone all week and will work until midnight tonight and I'm just tired. I need some alone time.
