I am 5 weeks pregnant. Since I found out last week, all I can do is worry, because my last pregnancy was a missed misscarriage (found out at 9 weeks).

For those who have dealt with miscarriages before and then gotten pregnant again, what do you do to stay calm? How do you keep yourself from living in fear.

I keep reminding myself "Today I am pregnant". But I feel like a walking ball of nerves.

Any ideas/support is appreciated.
