Anyone order from them? How is their quality?
I usually get my kids clothes at Old Navy / Target but they are both SO rough on their clothes. DD ripped FOUR pairs of Cat & Jack leggings last week just being a maniac at the playground. I'm wondering if Primary is higher quality / worth the price compared to other cheaper kids clothes brands!

I've wondered this too, since I haven't seen reviews for their products.
As for the ripped leggings, would your DD wear jeans? If she is super rough on clothes you may need to choose thicker/more durable fabrics than leggings are typically made of.

I've ordered several things from them and have been happy with the quality.
They have free returns, so if you order something and it doesn't fit, you can always return it.

I'm also curious. I keep seeing ads on FB, and I love the bright colors and plainness of the items. I think I'd order more for baby girl than for my 4.5 yo son. I'm not happy with the pants quality of Cat & Jack for my son. 2/3 pants have holes in the knees.

No help with the other brands, but I remember hearing Cat & Jack would have a 1 year warranty that may help you recoup some funds at least.

Primary clothes hold up well. We wash them all the time since we rotate just a half dozen onesies.
@wrkbrk: I agree. The sleeves seem to be fine, but the torso is a little small.

I like the quality quite a bit, but I haven't ordered leggings from them (I've got boys). But we ordered from them for LO's Halloween costume and I ordered a few extras...loved their stuff. I agree that they tend to run small, so order up.

Just wanted to update - got my first order in and I'm definitely impressed with the quality. The leggings especially are much thicker / more tightly woven than the cheaper ones I've been buying, so I am hopeful they'll stand up to my crazy DD! The shirts are super soft too!

@HappyBaker: Thanks for updating - I have been curious about Primary (although my kids tend to like a little more pizazz in their basics, so I haven't purchased anything).
Slightly off topic - did you try to return the Cat & Jack leggings you weren't happy with to Target? They say they'll back them with a year-long guarantee, but I haven't needed to take anything back - I'm curious how they'd handle it (refund or replacement with a current "like item"; and if they'd do it on the spot or by mail only).

@PinkElephant: As for the pizazz, the colors are super bright and awesome! And no I didn't try to return the Cat & Jack ones because I threw them away! At one point every pair of pants we'd pull out of her drawer was hole-y so one day I went on a rampage and chucked them all.
I sort of assumed since they cost like $5 they wouldn't replace them because she is a maniac on the playground haha. Next pair she rips I might try that though, but it is annoying to have to do for sure!

@PinkElephant: I recently returned a pair of Cat and Jack leggings that had a hole in them. I had paid with my Target red card, so they were able to look up my purchase without a physical receipt. I wasn't interested in an exchange so they just put the money back on my card. Easy peasy.

@HappyBaker: Good to know about the colors! yeah, I suppose there is a difference between a tear from a big fall and "wearing through" the knees in a shorter than expected time. If it were the latter, I'd probably try to return/exchange since I'm at Target weekly anyway, but in the case of a big rip from a fall, I also probably wouldn't bother. 
@Pancakes: Thanks for updating on this! Like the OP, I'm not sure that I'd ever really try to exchange/return Cat & Jack stuff, b/c my expectations for wear & tear on $5 items are fairly low, I probably WOULD try if seams came out after only a wash or two, or I found manufacturing holes. Good to know it was easy!
