I'm 26 weeks with my second child and the pain/soreness in my pelvis is intense. Getting out of bed in the morning is a long process, I'm uncomfortable most of the day just walking & working (I teach preschool), and if I'm not slow/careful I'm in a lot of pain.

My midwife says it's common; get a support belt & take baths/tylonol. Is there anything else that helps, like using a birthing ball instead of sitting on the floor or chair? I'm worried this will get worse and I'll have trouble with labor and delivery.
