I've made this one before for a school function and it was raved about!! I made them into mini bundt cakes though and used pecans and walnuts

I couldn't find a good recipe so I made one myself and it is sooo good. I hadn't made it for a long time but did it again a couple months ago and it was gobbled up!

The glaze amounts for water and rum should be 1/8 cup. Also it looks better and still tastes good if you don't poke the holes in the top of the cake. I think you could make it into layers but would probably want more glaze and would cook it for less time.
