...How do you go do anything?

I am NOT complaining that LO has consolidated her naps & is taking two 2.5 hour naps a day in her crib. It's amazing & I don't want to mess it up! There's just no way I can run errands & then sit with her in the grocery store parking lot for 2.5 hours because she fell asleep & will wake up if I get her out.

When we were on 3 naps I would just let her take a 1-hour nap on the way out (sitting in the car for 30 min or so when we arrived), run errands for her 2 hours of wake time, and a 1-hour nap on the way home (sitting in the car in the driveway for 30 mins again). I have attempted doing this again (waking her up at the 1 hr mark) but it has messed up her sleep that night / the next day so I really need to stick to her 2 long naps.

Her wake time in between naps is about 2.5 hours, but after the 2 hour mark she's on the road to sleepiness, and the car always puts her to sleep so if I go out between naps I would have to make the entire trip less than 2 hours or she'll fall asleep in the car. Actually it would need to be more like 1.5 hours when you account for feeding her & getting her ready to go. Everything is at least 20-30 minutes away so this is really challenging! I could only do one short errand in that window of time, and trying to do an activity like story time is out of the question.

I'm wondering if I should just try to figure out how to transfer her to the crib successfully? I just feel like from everyone I've talked to, that is darn near impossible for 99% of babies.
