Oh I'm gutted. Huge temp drop this morning. Huge. I'm sure I'm out. I was so confident! I'm so upset.

Thanks everyone. I guess I'm not officially out but certainly expecting to be now. AF is due Friday so we'll see...

@angelachase: I thought of you this morning when I got yet ANOTHER blinking smiley face. Ahhh, I guess we'll just have to keep BDing until that solid smile appears.

@travellingbee: Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

@JennyG: Ha! Glad I am not the only one! And we are really really trying to give it our best effort this month, so we have been BD EOD since day 8 of my cycle. Today is day 18! We're tired!

@travellingbee: so sorry, fingers crossed it's just a whacky temp!

  10. ballerinabee

@travellingbee: stupid temps. I'll keep my <fx> for you!

CD15 here and no pos opk yet. I'll test at 12:45 or so when I get home and again late afternoon / early evening. I started (late) charting again this cycle, so we'll see if the opks & temps agree on anything. I got my pos opk CD16 last month, so hoping to see the surge start soon!

    clementine / 912 posts

@angelachase: I feel ya. We've been going strong EOD since last Monday and I'm ready for a little break. I'm thinking we will again tonight in case finally there's a sold smile tomorrow.

I'm at 8DPO today and I'm starting to get antsy. Trying to hold out until Sunday morning to test, but I'm losing my willpower.

Anyone else POASing today? @Cotton: or @Lolarelli: or anyone else who wants to give an update to tide us over?

@JennyG: @angelachase: I hear you ladies! So exhausted! Today is CD19 and we started BD EOD on CD8. FINALLY got a positive opk today (my latest ever!), so we plan to try for two more BD sessions today and tomorrow and then call this month DONE.

@travellingbee: I still have my fingers crossed for you!

I guess this means that even though I am not "out", I am an October rollover!

  14. Hoots

    kiwi / 673 posts

@Eko: You can roll me over. No O yet this cycle, which puts me in October.

  15. Mrs. J

    pomelo / 5132 posts

    @travellingbee: still hoping for you!

3dpo and already going crazy...gah bad news for me!
@Mrs. Microscope: yay for a positive opk!!

@raspberries: Nope, not this month. I'm negative. 11 months and counting.

  17. angelachase

@Mrs. Microscope: Today is CD 20 and I just got my ninth blinking smiley. This has never happened to me before! I'm starting to worry I'm not going to O this month at all!

  18. travellingbee

    hostess / papaya / 10219 posts

    @angelachase: that is so strange!
    @cotton: I'm sorry.
My temp has rebounded a little but not too much. No spotting yesterday so that's a plus. Stark white bfn yesterday but I'll test tomorrow or Friday if AF doesn't show.

Sorry everyone for not being so up to date on the board. I had a weekend away with DH and didn't have reception for the entire weekend, which is sometimes not a bad thing.

Sorry to hear about everyone that is rolling over, but October is an amazing month and we are all in good company.

Also, congratulations to all the BFP's!! Hopefully we will get some more in before the end of the month, but this month has been super great!

@cotton: Ugh, I'm sorry. That sucks big time - good luck for next time around.

  22. Mrs. Microscope

    pear / 1788 posts

@angelachase: I thought mine was never going to happen, or that I missed it. But in kept testing and was shocked to learn I'd O on CD20! So keep it up, and hopefully O is just around the corner! Either way, hopefully we both get our BFPs in October

  23. ballerinabee

    apricot / 452 posts

for all of you ladies in either TWW!

I'm in the "waiting to O" TWW. CD16, and my wondfo opk wasn't even sort of dark yesterday. Hopefully today will be pos!

Waiting is lousy! I am happy that I managed to get my SI joint injection (lower spine / pelvis) before ovulation, though, since it's x-ray guided. If I end up with a bfn this cycle, I'll have nerve ablation done on the right SI joint (had the left done in June).

  24. travellingbee

    hostess / papaya / 10219 posts

Man I know about that waiting for O thing too. It's a bummer as well. This whole process is a bummer.

I'm 10 dpo and no real symptoms going on. Feeling kind of down and pessimistic but I haven't given up all hope either. At least I haven't started spotting. I'm on a bunch of supplements and maybe that's helping. Also my progesterone at 4dpo was 11.3. That's pretty strong for 4dpo, I think! So that makes me feel like my body is trying to do its thing, you know? So even if I'm a rollover, I will take some consolation in those things. But I'll also be pretty upset

Eta: my plan is, if my temp goes up in the am I'll test. If not, I'll hold out for AF on Friday.

  25. ballerinabee

    apricot / 452 posts

@travellingbee: <fx> so tightly for you!

I finally just got a positive OPK!! I'll check it again this evening and tomorrow midday, to see when it fades (and continue to temp). Because at this point I'm OCD. Still waiting to hear back about my CD3 bloodwork, but hopefully it will be OBE!

  26. travellingbee

    hostess / papaya / 10219 posts

@ballerinabee: Oh good about your OPK! Why's this all have to be so complicated?? Makes you wonder how anyone ever got pregnant in the past, before all of this technology....

  27. ballerinabee

    apricot / 452 posts

@travellingbee: I know, right?! Let alone accidentally get pregnant. I just stumbled across another pregnancy announcement online, and it just stings. I wish us all BFPs, and a happy new year!

I am right there with @jennyg. We have been BDing 3 on 1 off since CD 12 it is now CD 22. We are feeling exhausted, but I just got a solid smiley today. So no rest for the weary we are back at it for the next 3 days. Based on that timing I think I am out for poas in September.

  29. JennyG

    clementine / 912 posts

@Jone0603: I like the 3 on, 1 off idea. I'm now on CD27 (Ugh I hate my long PP cycles.) and we've been getting busy almost every day since CD15. I was Oing on CD24, but I was worried my cycle might get a little shorter so I wanted to cover my bases. Fingers crossed for solid smiley tomorrow.

  30. Mrs. J

    pomelo / 5132 posts

Boo. Looks like I had a 4 day LP this time. Temp plummeted yesterday and some bleeding today Actually o'ing this cycle is a plus, but still sad. Now I'm really a rollover to October.

  31. Mrs. J

    pomelo / 5132 posts

@JennyG: I have the opposite...super short pp cycles! Both terrible!!

  32. angelachase

    apricot / 306 posts

@Jone0603: @JennyG: You are giving me the strength to carry on! Today I'm CD21, tenth day of blinking smileys. This has never happened to me before & this morning I was just about ready to throw in the towel for this cycle when I saw that blinky face AGAIN! We've been BD EOD since CD8 and last night took a second night off because we just could not. But, back at it tonight, I guess?

  33. travellingbee

    hostess / papaya / 10219 posts

Horrible night up with my coughing toddler and temp plummet and stark white BFN at 11 dpo.
