I have been getting migraines since I was 12/13ish, sometimes fairly frequently (once or twice a week), and they really suck. I experience an aura, so my vision is reduced because of black spots, I'm light and sound sensitive, and nauseous to the point of vomiting. I do get regular headaches as well, but not as frequently.

I'm trying to reduce my medication usage, because other than for migraines, I rarely take anything other than vitamins. There are days when nothing helps and in order to get on with my life I need to pop a couple of pills, and I will accept that. I was wondering what non-medicinal treatments and tricks you guys use and find effective for the occasions where they are not so severe.
