$50 CAD is $37 USD!! Yes!!
Though shipping and going through customs might make things take longer. Still a nice discount on some things.

Just an FYI - going through customs doesn't just take longer, they may impose a duty, depending on the item.

@Sunny, I was afraid of that too, I was gonna google for information but got kind of lazy and just hope for the best...do you know how that works exactly?

@Snowybreeze: No idea how it works here, though I googled and found this: http://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/internet-purchases
The rules seem very unclear for items purchased online. It actually sounds easier to just shop in person across the border and use your personal exemption when you return.

@sunny: there is no duty charged on stuff coming from Canada. Now coming INTO Canada, yes.

Also, Canadian prices are always higher than US, which is supposed to make up for the exchange rate, even though we still paid more for everything when the dollar is at par, not that I'm bitter.

Received my coat and didn't encounter any difficulties with duties. Same as usual.

Nice to be an american consumer these days! I'm in Canada and bought two photo mugs from shutterfly and after the exchange rate they were $78. lol
I bought some lux pjs from a California retailer early in this pg and they were $220 after the exchange rate.
Shop Canadian indeed!

@Autumnmama79: yikes! that is expensive for two photo mugs. Is there a Canadian friendly photo place around?
I really wanted The M Coat, but first glance at the price of 495CAD made me , then I found Evymama, it was on sale for 425 CAD, with exchange rate it was around $320. Then they had a sale 5 hours after I placed the order. The price went back up to 485CAD but with 25% off it was 363CAD, so it was $250 USD. I contacted Evymama and they gave me the price adjustment! awesome service.

@Snowybreeze: Score on the coat! Yes, in hindsight there probably is a brick and mortar here that would have done the photo mugs...
Never heard of Envymama, going to check it out!
