@daniellemybelle: unopened? I would say it's perfectly fine! I think almond butter is good in the cupboard for many months! At least I hope so cause I totally store it in the cupboard for awhile. Yay - hope you like them! they are so good.

The oil generally separates, so maybe that's the issue? Just stir it up and carry on!
But a whole jar in one brownie recipe? Those are some pricey brownies!
