I'm 9DPO today and tempted to test. I tested positive at 10 DPO with my daughter. Should I wait a few days or test today?

I say test all the time! I got a Bfp at 9 dpo with #3, and didn't until later with my first two

I say wait... I got a BFN on DPO11 with M, then got a positive only after my period was late. This time, I'll be waiting as long as I can stand it! Lol

Wait. If it's positive, you will just be anxious about a chemical pregnancy and start obsessing over line darkness /progression for the next few days. If it's negative you will continue to test obsessively to see if it's just early or if you are out. Both are stress inducing and not worth it. Wait until 11 or 12dpo so your results are conclusive, and you save money on tests too!
TTC sucks, we've all been there! Try not to get sucked into the crazy!

If you have the cheapies, then test. If you only have FRER or CB, wait. Those are way too $$ to use this early alone!

But I don't want to know about chemical pregnancies (edit- for myself, I don't mind other people sharing their experiences.)

Depends how you'd handle the negative. I got a positive with DD at 8DPO so I test early.

My preference is to test @ 11dpo. I've had 3 bfps and always been able to see it with a cheapie then, so I don't have to waste a more expensive test unnecessarily. And also, it's a nice compromise between "omg, I need to know, like right now" and the torture of wondering if the line will get darker or if it will be a chemical.

I never test early because BFNs disappoint me so much. Wait if you can!
