I go for comfort and what's easy. So Xander usually wears rompers or comfy pants and a shirt. This isn't the best picture because he's been playing in puddles and is all dirty, but this is basically what he wears all the time. Cotton shirt, cotton pants, socks and shoes. In the summer it's t-shirt and shorts (or short rompers), in the winter it's long-sleeve shirts and long pants (or long rompers).

@Adira: hahahaha!!! I love his little face!
I usually dress my daughter super comfy but it seems like there are a lot more girl options to choose a from.

For the first year, we did sleep and plays for about 6 months. I had "dressier" ones from Ralph Lauren for when we went out, but Carters ones for home/sleeping. I don't like baby exposed backs, even with onesies, so I did things like overalls, I just love that look.
Oh, and BabyGap has some great stuff, my favorite were the reversible cardigan and pant sets.
I shopped a lot of Ralph Lauren and Osh Kosh....then he went to day care at age 2 and he gets art supplies everywhere, so it was The Childrens Place and Gymboree!

I like dressing my guy like a little old man. I don't post pics of him on non-Gold threads but if you have Instagram, I could add you there so you can see. Dressing a boy is just as fun as dressing a girl!

I have no pics available, but little man is currently sporting a pair of stretchy skinny jeans, a grey long sleeve t shirt and a chunky knit dark red cardi! I love H&M kids for boy clothes, and I also prefer girls trousers in neutral shades for him!

@yellowbird: I should add, for the first 12 months, he exclusively rocked rompers and sleep 'n plays. We were way too lazy to put him in real clothes and when he wasn't walking, it didn't seem to matter.

I lovvvve dressing my boys! Here's the styles we do. I love colored pants, skinny jeans.

We wear a lot of jon-jons, bubbles and/or rompers when we are dressed fancy. Little English, Shring and Grits... I love a good smocked outfit. He's still a wee one, though. I don't post pictures on non-gold, but you can follow me on instagram.
For play clothes / casual, we do a lot of Kissy Kissy outfits. I love the patterns and they are soooo soft (pima cotton). I'm not big on writing on clothes, though.
I also love the look of button down sweaters with jeans, etc. Check out H&M & Zara - love both for when they get older!

Target (Cherokee, Circo, Genuine kids), Zara and baby Gap have really cute options for boys! I like to dress my boys a little more preppy/hipster/eclectic (if there is such a style). Stripes, skinny jeans, distressed jeans, witty tee shirts, leggings, fun shoes, etc. When they were babies, I was all about comfort (and stripes) but now that one is a toddler, the clothes are more fun! My IG is Taytay1031.

I basically dress my son like a normal guy but in little kid sizes. No jon jons, skinny pants, or girly stuff.

When we found out we were having a boy I was so worried about he we'd dress him! I think my biggest disappointment with not having a girl was the clothes aspect, lol. But we find tons of cute stuff (even if the girls' sections are larger). And of course for daycare the outfits can be really simple.
For summer I loved the one piece rompers. We had a ton of cute ones and it's just easy. No worrying about matching pieces and they look so cute. I liked the long sleeve, long pants rompers too, but on my LO the legs always got short really fast.
Right now since he's not walking yet I'm loving the gap body doubles. Their stuff seems like really nice and thick, and since he's not walking yet I don't want to put him in a regular shirt without snaps. The body doubles look so cute like regular shirts, but don't expose his back and his tummy. I got some last week on super clearance for $3.50 each and I bought some from a HB member at a pretty good price too :).
I also love the look of these Gymboree outfits. They were all regular shirts (without the snaps) so I ended just getting the peacoat which I think is really adorable.

I love dressing T! Lots of old navy, gap and Janie and Jack. He wears plenty of sweats and play clothes but I find cords and pants that are comfy too and he wears a lot of button downs and sweaters

Comfort is king in our house. A lot of knit pants and cotton shirts. When we want something nicer I'll throw a sweater and some cotton/twill pants on him. I'm not a fan of sayings or huge logos on shirts, we keep it pretty simple!

I love colored jeans and plaid shirts on my little man.
I think we're already friends on IG, you can check out his style there since I don't post pics unless its a gold post.

This is my little man at the apple orchard the other day. I can go into the brands if anyone is curious where to find this outfit for their DS. (Ryland is 10 months old)

I dress my LO in more of a hipster style. We do lots of leggings, jeggings, moccs, chucks, band tees, and indie shirts. Bibdanas, scarves, and slouchy hats as accessories.

@Ra: very cute!
We had so many hand me downs because we are the last of our friends to have kids. Lots of gap and old navy. Some Janie and Jack.

Boy clothes are so much fun! We do a lot of skinny jeans or cords, with button down shirts layered with cardigans or vests for fall. For more casual days, we stick with long-sleeve tops that tend to be stripey or have cute animal prints on them, with jeans or trousers. And the shoes are key - J is usually wearing Converse.

@Ra: super cute. This is for sure what my husband would pick. Is he the little skunk too?

@Ra: B's style wins this thread. I wish I could get away with dressing C like that but DH would not be pleased! Oh well.
I just dress DS like a miniature version of my husband. Basic jeans, basic t-shirts, some babyGap, lots of stripes. He wears polos and button ups when he needs to dress up with mini dress pants.

@coopsmama: We do the same thing (dress him like daddy)...which means lots of flannel, ha!

@MrsHoneyC: I love his outfit!!!
@Ra: I love your baby boy style! Tell me where you get these things!

@Boheme: super cute! I was looking around at target and they had nothing. Maybe it's the time of year???
honeydew / 7586 posts
@yellowbird: I get his shirts and leggings primarily from Instagram shops, I can give you a list of some of my faves if you'd like. I buy his jeggings (and some leggings) in the girls' department of target. H&M, Zara, and Old Navy have some good finds, too! I'm actually starting a blog on toddler boy style. My husband just pushed the website live last night.
