Maybe some small toddler craft sets? We got a bunch of these for our LO at around that age. They were great to pull out and do on rainy days.

This is random but I've been wanting to gift a 2 year old that Fisherprice Barista set, lol. I just think it's cute
Aside from that, this year I've been gifting a monogrammed PBK beach towel and ocean/beach/bath related books and toys.

I love Koala Crates!! The crafts are easy enough for my 2.5 year old to do with some help from me, plus DD loves to get her very own mail. I have gifted them to little friends for 2nd/ 3rd birthdays and the parents always say they are a favorite gift.
