My 10 week old naps great in the swing during the day. Night sleep is a crapshoot, often just getting him to sleep in the first place takes several hours and he wakes often. I know this is generally normal for this age, but curious if anyone has had any luck starting baby in the swing to fall asleep and then transferring to crib/bassinet after 30 mins or so?

I don't want to leave him all night in the swing, but I'm wondering if getting him to fall asleep earlier when he's first tired would get him better night sleep.
