So I've been a bit of a sloth these first 20 weeks of pregnancy in terms of exercise. To be fair I've done a bunch of projects around my house that have taken up most of my time. But now that things are mostly in order I have more free time and feel like I should start doing SOMETHING active!

Any recommendations? Is just adding in walking 30 minutes a day really going to help that much? My last pregnancy my blood pressure went crazy towards the end so I don't think I should do anything very intense, but I'd really like to do SOMETHING!
