Where do you find them? I need a good, sparkly necklace for our company party on Friday. I have a black dress and a red dress to choose from. The red is more maroon than Christmas red. Help me find some fun bling for my neck and ears.

If you wear the red dress, I wouldn't do a necklace. I would just do earrings and a bracelet.

Ditto @Smurfette: about the red dress. I'd do earrings and bracelet, no necklace. The neckline is the focal point there and a statement necklace would lay funny I think.

Jcrew, loft, h&m, kohls, Ann Taylor.... They are in most stores. You can get some great deals on Amazon, but be careful if you order from there, as some come from China and take a few weeks to arrive.

Depends on how much you want to spend, i have good luck at NY & Company, Express, Forever 21 if i know i'm only going to wear it a couple times, H&M, and JCPenny's.

The red dress doesn't need a necklace (but you could do statement earrings with it). The black dress is perfect for a statement necklace!
Check out bauble bar for sure. Francescas has a ton of cute options, but I've found them to not be the best quality. H&M has cute ones, and Macy's too!
