Has anyone ever thrown the in the washing machine? Ours smell geoss....the instructions say just wipe clean......but thats not cutting it!

I don't have these specific shoes but I wash similar shoes from Target and Speedo in the machine. I air dry them in the sun. The only negative effect was that the liners peeled from the foot beds of one pair. I glued them back in the first time and threw them away the second.

I don't have those specifically but would guess that if you put them in on the delicate cycle and air dry it will probably be fine.
One thing that I found really helps with stinky shoes from outdoor activities is to put some cedar chips into some sort of cloth bag and then stuff the bags into the shoes when they're still damp to speed drying.

You could also try soaking in oxiclean and rinsing well and air drying.

You can soak them in water with baking soda for like half hour then rinse and air dry.

If you do wash them in the machine, put them in a lingerie bag.
