I'm one year postpartum and I still have 15 pounds I would like to lose. The problem is, I'm having such a difficult time finding motivation. My one year old keeps me busy that I find it almost impossible to find time to exercise. Lately, she hates being confined in the stroller (but she doesn't walk yet) so walking/jogging doesn't work. But more than exercise, I think my problem lies within my food choices. I'm usually so tired, I end up going with the easy options (usually carb-y, starchy stuff). I also have a crazy sweet tooth. Ugh. I know it sounds like I'm whining, but I seriously cannot get myself motivated enough to stick with good eating habits.

Does anyone have an advice? How do you do it?? I know once I get into a groove, I'll feel so much better but I'm having a hard time getting over the initial hump.
